All ArightAlly dental surgical instruments—clearly identified by the ArightAlly logo via stamping, imprinting, or laser marking—are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the instrument.
This warranty applies only when:
The instrument is used for its intended surgical purpose
The instrument has received proper care, cleaning, and maintenance
ArightAlly’s Sole Obligation
If a defect is found, our obligation is limited to:
Repairing or replacing the instrument (at our discretion)
Free replacement if the item is deemed beyond repair by our technicians

ArightAlly is not liable for any consequential, special, or incidental damages resulting from the sale, use, or performance of our instruments. This includes, but is not limited to:

Equipment replacement costs
Downtime or loss of business
Third-party claims related to damages
Repair Warranty
If you are unsatisfied with a replacement provided under warranty, ArightAlly will repair or replace the instrument again at no additional charge, provided your request is made within 30 days of receiving the replacement.
