9. Returns and Refunds
Stainless Steel Instruments
ArightAlly instruments are guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the product. This guarantee applies only to instruments used for their intended surgical purpose and does not cover misuse or abuse.
Tungsten Carbide Instruments
Tungsten carbide inserts are warranted for five years of normal use. During the warranty period:
Scissors will be sharpened or replaced.
Non-insert parts remain covered under the lifetime warranty.
After the warranty, a nominal charge may apply.
Note: Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by ArightAlly experts.
10. Pricing
Product prices shown on our website are final retail prices unless stated otherwise. Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur. If we discover a pricing issue, we will contact you before shipment or cancel the order.
11. Disputes
In case of a dispute, you agree to contact us to resolve the issue amicably before initiating any legal proceedings.

13. Shipping and Delivery
We ship locally and internationally via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. For international orders, we will first send a shipping quote for your approval before charging.
Most orders ship within 24–72 hours.
Orders placed before 12 PM EST (Mon–Fri) for Next Day Air shipping will be dispatched the same business day, if in stock.
Orders are not shipped on weekends and will be processed the next business day.
Delivery timelines may be affected by weather, stock levels, or unforeseen circumstances.
